SEO Case Study Park Easy from Zurich

Park Easy is a newly founded company from Zurich offering parking services near Zurich Airport. Park Easy provides its customers with a parking space for the duration of their trip. You can book your parking space online at www.park-easy.ch, and from the pick-up point, you'll be taken directly to the terminal in just 3 minutes by shuttle bus.

For bookings of 10 days or more, you can also arrange for your vehicle to be repaired or cleaned. This ensures you can pick up your vehicle in top condition upon your return. This business concept is completely new to Switzerland. Therefore, Park Easy knew that partnering with a strong agency was essential to ensure the business's growth. So they approached MIC Group.

The challenge

Park Easy needed a redesigned Website to raise awareness of their business idea and accelerate their return on investment. Beyond giving the website a fresh, high-quality look, it was essential to optimize it for search engines. Our SEO expertise was intended to drive online engagement and generate bookings and revenue.

The biggest challenge of this project was to optimize the interplay of the different strategies. To increase visitor numbers and bookings, Park Easy needed more publicity, as, being a new company, there were few channels available to drive customers.

In order for Park Easy to appear on the radar, we had to create a successful website and a successful SEO Create a campaign that should optimize the website in relation to the most important search terms.

Understanding how potential customers interact with the brand during the acquisition process was of paramount importance.

Once this strategy was defined, the next step was to ensure that the PPC account was created and structured according to best practices.

We developed and implemented a suitable PPC strategy by:

  • They optimized the campaigns through new advertisements, new search terms (and excluded keywords);
  • They adjusted and managed the advertisements and their budgets.

Optimization & Testing

Creating the PPC account was just the beginning of the real work: ongoing testing and optimization are necessary if you want to achieve the best results.

Reporting

The result: After just four months, Park Easy saw impressive increases in website traffic. This led to more completed transactions and higher revenue.

The campaign is now running with a conversion rate of approximately 12% and a CTR (click-through rate) of 7.3%, which not only means continued success for the client: they also reported to us that the bookings and inquiries received show an excellent return on investment.

Business has increased massively with the implementation of the Ads Pay-Per-Click campaign, and we will also begin remarketing in the coming months.

6) Conversion Optimization
