Can I run Google AdWords campaigns without a Google Ads roadmap?
That's more or less impossible. We can't start a marketing campaign without a clear, definitive strategy. A Google Ads roadmap is absolutely essential for a successful Google AdWords campaign. The most critical part of a marketing campaign isn't adjusting the ads based on month-to-month statistics. Nor is it creating the ads themselves. Rather, it's determining which ads are active, which keywords to use, and the underlying plan. That's the most critical part. A Google Ads roadmap is indispensable for successfully running Google AdWords campaigns.
What is the difference between SEO & Google Ads Roadmap at our Google AdWords agency?
As you probably already know, SEO (Search Engine optimizationOrganic advertising is free and therefore designed for the long term. SEA (search engine advertising) is paid and more short-term.
The SEO Roadmap is designed for companies that want to activate monthly SEO services. In contrast, the Google Ads Roadmap is a setup for companies that want to continue with Google Ads on a monthly basis.
This means that the difference between the two roadmaps is that they serve as setups for two different services that we offer as a professional Google AdWords agency.
What does the process look like at our AdWords agency?
We create, manage, and optimize your AdWords campaigns using the following four steps:
- First, we'll set up a Google AdWords and Google Analytics account for you, if you don't already have one. We'll prepare the account link and access permissions. In a briefing, we'll define the budget, target groups, and demographics. You'll also see your top three competitors for four of your relevant keywords, including their search volume.
- In a second step, we create a brand/image campaign for you. This means we create an ad group and provide three ads with URLs, titles, and descriptions. Furthermore, we conduct thorough research on your focus keywords and also define your negative keywords.
- Thirdly, we create a search campaign that includes two ad groups: one for your services and one for your products. To better establish your company in the market, we create two sets of three ads each for your services and products.
- The fourth step involves presenting you with a ROL report. For this, we use the Google Analytics tracking code for conversion and lead tracking. This step is divided into two parts. The first is the Google AdWords display marketing campaign, and the second is Google AdWords Google Analytics e-commerce.
In a display marketing campaign, an AdWords Group and a banner set are created.
Once sufficient data is available, we can set up remarketing. We will continuously adjust keyword bidding and allocate the budget based on seasonality. After that, we can launch new Google AdWords campaigns/ads.

How does a Google Ads agency differ from a full-service agency?
It's quite simple. We, for example, specialize solely in search engine optimization and Google AdWords. We do nothing else. We invest all our focus, expertise, tools, know-how, and resources in our clients and SEO & SEA – search engine advertising (SEM).
A full-service agency handles social media, a bit of Google AdWords, SEO, a few backlinks and PR articles, UX/UI, and much more. While their service prices may be lower, the marketing results from their Google Ads campaigns are also much smaller than those achieved with a specialized AdWords agency.
I don't need online marketing….
Although many companies believe they don't need online marketing, this is unfortunately not true. Traditional offline marketing is almost completely dead compared to online marketing. Just take the Covid-19 pandemic as an example.
Any company that did not engage in online marketing and could only be found offline absolutely had to switch to online within a few days and carry out online marketing activities in order to survive.
Online marketing is the new be-all and end-all of the marketing world. This naturally includes AdWords (for launching online campaigns), SEO (for dominating organic search results), social media, etc.
We recommend placing at least one ad – so that when someone searches for the name of your website, your ad appears and your competitor doesn't get the traffic.
